Beebo / Hector 407

407 is a minor update. It screen flipping not working, better vinyl samples, delay menu issues. A full list of changes are here: https://github.com/polyeffects/digit_ui/commits/master/

407 can only be applied if you have a 400 series firmware installed.

If you are on a firmware older than that, upgrade to no later than 338. Firmware for upgrading from 338 will follow after NAMM (early Feb)

If you are not running the right panel driver, your screen will look something like:

Running the wrong panel driver

The panel update must be copied to a USB and the pedal started up with the USB in, this will select the correct driver for the different LCD panels. You must edit a file using a text editor (Notepad, VS Code, VIM, TextEdit) . You must edit the file called panel_version

Make it be either the number 19, 23 or 80.

80 for TST screens, usually units after 2021.
23 for screens that end in 23 (2020-2021 ish)
19 for older screens (2019-2020) that end in 19

If you get incorrect visuals with one version, try another.
